Nestled on the west side of the Juniata River, Heritage Poultry Co. is a family-owned livestock operation built on a passion for preserving heritage breeds and providing healthy, quality animals to fellow homesteaders, hobby farmers, and families. Founded by a young couple with a love for agriculture and country living, our farm isdedicated to raising animals with care, honesty, and respect for the land.
We proudly offer a diverse selection of livestock, including emus, Silkies, standard chickens, ducks, turkeys, quail, pheasants, guineas, peafowl, and Holland Lop rabbits. Throughout the season, we also provide fertile hatching eggsfrom carefully selected breeding stock, helping others start or expand their own flocks with confidence.
At Heritage Poultry Co., we believe healthy animals begin with proper care. Every bird and rabbit is raised in a clean, spacious environment where they have room to thrive. We focus on quality over quantity, emphasizing strong genetics, excellent health, and friendly temperaments whenever possible.
Whether you're searching for colorful backyard chickens, majestic peacocks, productive poultry, unique game birds, giant emus, or adorable Holland Lops, we're honored to be part of your farming journey. All sales are final with a minimum purchase of two poultry is required to promote the health and well-being of our birds. All chicks are started on Save-A-Chick® electrolyte and probiotic powder before leaving our farm. Once poultry or hatching eggs leave our property, they become the buyer's responsibility. We accept cash, Cash App, and checks. Hatching eggs are shipped at the buyer's expense, and while we include two extra eggs per order to help offset possible breakage, we cannot replace or refund broken eggs.
